I know myself well and I didn't want an hour work out because I would not look forward to it so I asked if she can configure a plan that would be about a half hour. She gave me my training plan about a week later and I began my training. They were perfect, some days a little longer but I didn't feel like I was working out for long periods of time and that's exactly what I wanted.
