Vlog # 1 - Stress, Goals & Progress

This is my first attempt at a VLOG using QuickTime on my MacBook. So new to this that from 4:34 to 5:24 you cannot hear me but beyond that you can hear me throughout the whole video. I wanted to discuss stress, goals and progress.

The point I was making from 4:34 - 5:24 is that so often pressure is placed to start a fitness goal or any goal for instance on a Monday. Why wait till Monday? Start today. Everything counts. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, carrying your groceries, taking a walk, it all counts. Having an open mind and giving yourself credit when due can be helpful and powerful when combating stress.

If you watched my first Vlog. I thank you! I decided to not rerecord or edit this video so we can see that I am human and I will learn from this the next time I do this. I like to see progress right, so I will be able to visually see how I have evolved from Vlog # 1 to Vlog # 100.
